For versions of PHP older than 7.1, visibility on CONST is not supported. This beta release does remove the visibility so older versions of PHP < 7.1 are supported. A note will be placed on the module page once this feature is deprecated.

Fixed breaking ptalk_admin_settings form by module email_notification.
