This is the fourth alpha release of Claro administration theme. Claro is not feature complete and many elements are still rendered using either core default styles, or styles inherited from Seven. All the feedback and help is appreciated in the Claro issue queue.

• Fixes on load.js and SeparatedPanelPrefsEditorFrame.html for making the module to work with the latest release of the infusion library. Extra information added in the README.txt file for compiling the latest release of the infusion library.
• Added a new configuration form for controlling toolbox display on admin/non-admin pages

• Issue #3069354 by Oulalahakabu: Remove elasticsearch_connector patch as of #2918138 as been fixed in dev version
