Summary

A release of WxT Bootstrap.

Added option for handling account management via SAML SSO.
Fixed a bug in saving assigned roles in rules.
Fixed some conditions in what displays and is required on our settings form.
Spelling errors.

Current development branch, will include:
- Fixes for all issues
- Community patches
- Code restructure
- Removal of deprecated code (D9 ready)
