Updating l10n_update

This release contains a migration path from Drupal 7 to Drupal 8. There are instructions for the tested way to do the upgrade on the projects documentation pages.

If nothing alarming happens this is close to becoming the first beta release as well.

This release is updates core and modules to current versions.

Resolved issues are:
#2756805: Retain entries from 'Availability Search' block in 'Availability check' block
#3043410: UserModule is missing from the file system: feature_custom_copyright_block_export
#3056511: Filter options are not deselecting
#3056521: Missing decimal point
#3058405: Missing header on contacts page

• Link providers can now add links to relationship objects.
• Fixes the entrypoint missing links when this module is enabled and no entrypoint link provider exists.

• #3084888: False positive error text on status page Remove unnecessary system status message - if you're not sure where PHP is logging, you could check PHP info.
• Fix some minor static analysis and code style issues.

Another maintenance release of Search API Solr Search 8.x-3.x. It supports upgrade paths from any previous 8.x version including Search API Solr Multilingual 8.x-1.x!
