Bug fixes

The following issues are fixed in this release:

• #3076543 unchecked object/array access causes multiple PHP warning/notices.

#3067807: README file is missing
#3077699: Popups that have iframe on it don't scroll on safari mobile

#3077397: Fixed PluginNotFound exception when enabling seeds toolbar without node, taxonomy or block content modules.
#3074264: Implemented hook_help.
#3074265: \Drupal::currentUser(), use dependency injection instead of global container.

Various bugfixes and improvements. Entity Usage and Dropzonejs are now optional dependencies.

This release now longer requires the Dropzonejs (for uploads) and Entity usage (for Bynder media usage tracking) modules.
