Bug fixes

• Adding Whitelist Ip's and Emails to exclude from spam checks (specially useful for frequent user comments and contacts from same ip or email).
• Adding new whitelist db table.
• Adding new module whitelist page for management.
• Introducing whitelisting exclusion for firewall, comments and contacts.
• Adding whitelist to Emails and graphical reports.
• Spam Buffer deletions are now only available via whitelist exclusion, inserting an whitelist ip or emails will automatically delete those entries from spam buffer if they exist.

Templating error fixed.

Minor fixes and code standard improvements.
