Bug fixes

Second alpha release of the regex_redirect module.

- The module has been run through the ‘Drupal-check’ for Drupal 9, and the resulting issues have been fixed. Which means the module is now fully compatibility with Drupal 9.
- The core_version_requirement setting has been set to Drupal 8 or Drupal 9.
- Configuration settings and a form have been added to configure which paths should not be used as regex redirects to avoid undesired redirects and unnecessary performance reduction.
- Some of the code, comments, and naming have been improved.

Apply the patch 3077823

This is an alpha release of the pagedesigner suite. It allows to test the basics of the pagedesigner ecosystem.
Changelog:
- Removed unnessecary dependencies on block_class

This release fixes some issues with installing pagedesigner on new sites and also simplifies the process for different environments.
