Bug fixes

Release with some fault fixes and new features. The primary new feature is support for tracking values of fields attached to a user entity. This support is currently limited to just single valued simple text type fields and entity reference fields. Support for more complex fields and multi-valued fields will be added shortly.

Changes included:

- Issue #3083603: Implementation of Replacement Patterns (tokens) to Path Geometries Options in Leaflet Formatter & Leaflet View;
- Issue #3079061: leaflet.geocoder.drupal.js fixes and refactoring;
- Issue #3096729 by danwonac: Can't set options in php programmatically

Minor bug fix. Added a necessary dependency on -core/drupal.
