Bug Fix: removed spaces in a word

Bugfixes

• PDF documents are not suggested in all auto-complete reference fields
• Two paragraph types of views references do not cause an not usable node edit form
• Correct path for Open Graph and Twitter card meta tags for the preview image. Before there has been the frontpage url.

Various fixes and small features like added better maintenace page with minimal design and overidable image.

Do not forget to update your theme with

drush bs-tu your_theme_machine_name
