Bug fixes

There are two big items here.

1. There's a bugfix for tokens for image/file fields with cardinality greater than one.
2. There's a new plugin for rendering Media reference fields as download links of the source file.

Miscellaneous bug fixes and admin UI clean up.

At long last, a stable 8.x-1.0 relese for Email Registration. This module aims to improve the registration and login experiencce for Drupal sites.
