The 4.x branch is now currently the recommended branch for use in production websites.

Please always remember to only follow this upgrade process as this module is part of a distribution.

This release bundles a bunch of changes that have been lying around in the issue queue for quite a while.

This is mainly a re-release of 2.0-rc1 which has proven stable for quite a while now.
