Hotfix to prevent installation on Drupal versions prior to 8.8, which cause a WSOD because of #3112746: Replace deprecated function file_scan_directory() with Drupal\Core\File\FileSystemInterface::scanDirectory() and https://www.drupal.org/node/3038437

A minor release to improve display and prevent long urls from breaking your layout.

This is likely the last release before 8.x-1.0 final. The biggest change is to password generation. The password is now more likely to conform to password policies consistently and it uses a stronger source of randomness to choose random characters.
