Bug fixes

Fixed all bugs and security issues.

• Pinning composer dependencies.
• Issue #3115034 by Josh Waihi: TypeError: Argument 7 passed to Acquia\ContentHubClient\Settings::__construct() must be of the type array, null given.
• Nesting webhooks in an additional array properly and adding a status to the mock webhook data.

In general this release supports Drupal 8.8's new path_alias entities, and adds lots of test coverage. In addition to this, we now support the ability to filter out config entities from being calculated.
