Fix a bug with duplicate image deletion.
If a duplicate image was uploaded and one of them was deleted, this could result in loss of both images on rokka.

This includes a good many bug fixes since 7.x-3.6, thanks to everyone who worked on all of these.

More important, however, is that the NodeSquirrel backup service is no longer supported, so all NodeSquirrel backup schedules will be removed. Please note that It is still recommended to have an off-server backup.
