Data model changes
Exchanger rates configuration files have now different schema. If you fetching rates from configuration within your custom code, please
adjust to the new schema definition.

Regular tasks

This is the first release candidate for the Shipping module, it includes a multitude of bug fixes and supports "Billing same as shipping"

The Disable HTML5 Validation module has been added. This resolves validation errors not being shown to the end-user.

New features

Extend the content reminder with the possibility to turn off "Mail author"

In WIM there is a content reminder functionality that will inform people when content is about to expire. This would send a email notification to the author of a node and additional email addresses that are added. We have added a checkbox at the bottom to also make the email notification to the author optional.

CVDR cache clear removes blocks
