Fixing issue with undefined schema for id field

This is the First Drupal 9 compatible release for ctools. No features have been added since 3.3, only bugfixes to remove deprecations.

Ctools now requires Drupal 8.7.7+

This is mainly a bugfix for Ctools before requiring Drupal 8.7.7+ and Drupal 9 in 8.x-3.4

Thanks to debdatta.sarkar we could make progress with the UI. Some admin links were visible, although users did not have permission.
