This release fixes installations bugs and adjust dependency frontend_publishing to frontendpublishing.

This is a beta release for the next major version of Drupal. Drupal 9 beta releases are intended for site owners and module or theme authors to test compatibility and upgrade paths for Drupal 9.0. Beta releases are not intended for production.

This release fixes security vulnerabilities present in 9.0.0-beta1. Sites are urged to upgrade immediately after reading the security announcement and notes below:

This release fixes installations bugs and adjust dependency frontend_publishing to frontendpublishing.

- Fixes a bug on rendering view modes for content using UTF-8 encoding.
- Eliminates the "ach-logs" drush command on drush 9.x users.

This release includes a good many improvements since the last release, including migration support for Nodewords (for upgrading Drupal 6 sites), a new option that lets you show the Metatag field on the main column of node forms, and lots of small improvements and fixes, especially in the test coverage.
