Bug fixes

This is a bugfix release that resolves a few issues:

Fix error on no canonical path to library

• #3126321: Add prefix to dependencies
• #3042450: Create a new account automatically when role is created, and delete when role deleted

1) Applied some patches for coding standards.
2) By default restricting access for entity edit form. Example:- node/5/edit.
3) There is no restriction for Administrator role.
