Bug fixes

• Fixed a lot of other bugs.
• #3122224: Fatal error when try to export vocabulary with terms using GUI

1. Fix a critical issue with the theme analyzer.
2. Removed incorrect check for composer.json keys (two correct ones still remain).
3. Better debug information for sandboxing mode used.
4. Made HTTP sandboxing tests more realistic so it is only used if it will actually work.
