Bug fixed Issue #3128284: Can't uninstall with Drush pmu, see also Issue #3128522

This release consists of:

• Allow automatic request of translations and allow language override per profile. Now you can configure your profiles to request translations for all locales or a set of them automatically.
• Improved handling of callbacks from the TMS, avoiding some inconsistencies.
• Added new option to ensure that when downloading all translations, each of the translations is downloaded in different batches. If your document structures are complex because of the number of included entities and you were hitting timeouts during downloads, this should avoid most of those.
• Improved bulk management filters so cancelled documents can be filtered.
• Editing translations in Drupal doesn't mark the status of the source to edited anymore.

This release is compatible with Drupal 8.7.x and above. This will be probably the last release compatible with 8.7.x.
