• Add feature_toggle module as a dependency
• Add a FeatureStatus class to make it more like the D8 version of Feature Toggle module.

Make File name override optional by configuration when the File name was similar to the Media name.

Bug fixes

• When the Media name is overridden manually and the File name was the same as the Media name, the File name was still replacing the Media name.
• Some Media bundles names were still mandatory.
