Bug fixes

• Modifying module info file to include core_version_requirement for Drupal 8 and Drupal 9.
• Fixing internal module version variable parameter to correct release candidate tag.
• Modifying composer to broad core version.

Rescheduling, default revision, latest revision, and prevents upgrading to D8.9

Sites running Drupal 8.9 and later or Drupal 9 must switch to 2.x. 2.x is a drop in replacement.

Rebuild without the Route, use #fakelink instead. Don't need hook_link_alter now so it doesn't get called too much.
