Bug fixes

Remove make file.
Load required file from views_field module.

- Applied patch from issue: https://www.drupal.org/project/block_exclude_pages/issues/3132711
- fixed some of the debug functionality
- test test test

Requirements:

Drupal core version bumped from 8.5+ to 8.7+.

PHP version bumped from 7.0+ to 7.1+. (Note: Drupal recommends at least PHP 7.2+, and PHP 7.0 is EOL since 2019.)
