Bug fixes

First stable release of 2.0.x. This version is compatible with Drupal 8.6+ and Drupal 9+.

- #3114399: Add GroupID to available tokens - add a config_export annotation to the config entity.
- Remove deprecated Unicode::substr() calls.

2.x branch for compatibility with Drupal 9.

• Issue #3143257: Fixed config for Background Media on (image, video, and remote video) with new media config schema

User image update code is fixed.

Cleanup for the 1.x branch.

- Add the basic kernel test created in #3144399: Compatibility with Drupal 9.
- Add a missing @file doc comment.
- Ensure that the storage service resets its static cache when writing to the database.
- Add a menu link description for the admin UI.
