Adds support for comments: If comments are enabled on a group node, email notifications can be sent when new comments are created. Toggle this feature on/off under Group types -> Set available content -> Configure -> Enable comment notifications.

The comment email notification can be configured using the "Group Notify Email" view mode for comments. Find this under Comment types -> Manage display -> Group Notify Email. You may also override the email notification at the template level.

Includes bug fixes and other improvements.

D9 support added.
