#3153437: Fix failing browser test

- Fixed a bug related to thumbnail dimension calculation.
- Added support for custom background colors in transparent svgs

- change css for Form Elements
- correct Path for translation

This is the first dev release of the module.

This contains most of the code in working condition. Will be releasing new features with code optimisation in our next release.
