Been using the dev a while and it doesn't seem to break anything and it definitely fixes a few things.

Adds Bootstrap Styles as a dependency which allow having dynamic and configurable styles' "Plugins" like background color, background media, padding, margin, any other plugins defined in the Bootstrap Styles module, or in your custom modules.

This is a pre-release for the 2.2 version of Memcache.

The two biggest features / bug fixes is adding support for cache tags invalidation and getting data writes chunked when they're over 1M. Due to the various configurations sites may have, this pre-release exists to test those features together before a full release is made.
