Bug fixes

• New conference_forms submodule, which handles complext form workflows (submissions, registration).
• Allow resubmission of previous conference’s accepted papers.
• Initial refactoring of procedural code, to think ahead about Drupal 8/9 upgrade.
• Minor fixes.

Bug fixing about warning and notices.

This release makes the module compatible with Drupal 9.

Other than that it mainly expands and improves the test coverage. There should be no changes for anyone upgrading from a previous release.

#3164441: Unable to install in Drupal 9

Potentially breaking change! This release adds a template file specifically for the off-canvas menu. Previously it would use the theme provided template, which in some cases would result in a broken off-canvas menu. If you have overridden or customised the template in your theme, you may need to rename it so that it continues to be found. To customise, override the following template by copying it from the module and placing it in your theme templates directory: responsive-menu-off-canvas.html.twig
