Apply the admin theme to Layout Builder's Revert and Discard pages.

This is a new, major-version release of the module, representing a rearchitecture of API requests to Twitter around the Application Only authorization methodology.

Sites using version 2 of this module should be able to seamlessly update, provided that they run the pending database updates, which will store the authorization token using the new methodology.

All other functionality related to the module remains the same as version 2.

- Fixes a bug when using the export queue that sets all "candidate" entities the QUEUED status when being sent to the queue, affecting particularly paragraph entities.

- Fixes #3166368: Widget editable breaks media embeds
