- Fix an issue where some hosts (Pantheon) wouldn't recognize the module due to a symlinked .info file.

Move the helper function to the module file

Removes unused constant and defines getallheaders function if it does not exists

Adding a temporary conflict to make sure the functionality is stable while problems in dependencies are resolved.
