Bug fixes

Changes since 8.x-1.0-rc2:

Fixed a few bugs, and made a couple of user interface enhancements.

This release brings D9 compatibility and the ability to retrieve only top-level menu items.

Fix missing libraries from third party modules, e.g. signageos

Also load videos locally
Load fetch.js from drupal.org so that we don't have to load it from behind a basic auth Write error log also to console
Implement our own browser to avoid usage of sos.browser API
