Fix config dependencies.

Fix issue that not taking preview image style setting from global configuration.

• Changed generate files form to use custom form element for files list instead of vertical tabs which aren’t wide enough for the filenames.

Added overflow auto to several HTML container styles, like annotation. Makes sure that when overlapping floated images, the container ends to the left of the image.

Lots of community bugfixes. Now Drupal 9 ready.
