Bug fixes

1. Add the possibility to send via an application.
2. Define validating patterns in the form fields.
3. Fix body structure of request to local device.

• Administrative "Contant" pages that are accessible by non-administrative users when "Use the administration theme when editing or creating content" is unchecked on the Appearance page are now themed mostly by bootstrap.
• Media Library has a bootstrap look.
• Layout Builder with Bootstrap Layout Builder and Bootstrap Styles is themed.
