This version adds parsing of the page to add link headers to the response header for CSS and existing <Link> elements for preload and preconnect.

In addition data-preload-image="<src>" can be used in elements to add a image preload response header.

• Administrative "Contant" pages that are accessible by non-administrative users when "Use the administration theme when editing or creating content" is unchecked on the Appearance page are now themed mostly by bootstrap.
• Media Library has a bootstrap look.
• Layout Builder with Bootstrap Layout Builder and Bootstrap Styles is themed.
