Bug fixes

This alpha release takes care of a few small bugs, improves documentation and adds support for sending group subscription emails for newly published content for the first time.

Now adjustments on order and order items is included in the checkout to Payson.

• added missing program or component columns to exports for external engagements, other research products, and summary of patents
• fixed issue with engagements not grouping by programs
• added 'core_version_requirement: ^8 || ^9' to all info.yml files for ERCore and replaced the depricated function calls for ERCoreAdmin.php, ERCoreDateFilter.php
• Replaced the depricated function call 'drupal_set_message()' for ERCoreDateFilter.php
