This release ensures proper support for Drupal 11 by explicitly requiring the `video_embed_field` 3.x-dev version in the module's composer.json file.

- Added `composer.json` with proper dependency declaration.
- Ensured clean compatibility with `drupal/core:^10 || ^11`.
- Updated `.info.yml` to remove invalid version constraints.
