Separate client and server api keys.

Improves in-browser code editor stability and error handling for SDCs. Adds support for Tailwind CSS v4.1. Introduces new end-to-end tests and several fixes, such as for displaying empty slots, working with sections, component preview flickering, loading code component CSS, CSS grids vs. code components etc. Updates developer workflows with TypeScript 5.6+, OO hooks implementation, and versioned API endpoints.
