• Extends attach entity form submit to all entitiy form (not just content entity form).
• Provides default menus and blocks on theme install.

• Fix several styles with "Tarte au Citron" banner and dialog.
• Improved rendering of "Tarte au citron" to match DSFR "consent" component.

WARNING! Due to a critical bug in the HAL module, entity references get lost during import with 2.2.0

There's a pending patch for the HAL module to fix the issue:
#3517446: Cached relation IDs are broken

2.2.0-beta3 improved the import of older exports

Introduce a custom endpoint for i18next json v4

Fixes a composer.json typo.
