Bug fixes

This is a fully D11 compatible release which fixes these issues:

- Issue # 3523499: Slider is not working
- Issue # 3523794: Main Menu dropdown links are not wrapping inside the dropdown container
- Issue # 3523286: Extra Drupal 11 compatibility issues for a new release
- Issue # 3523769: https://www.drupal.org/project/sshop/issues/3523769
- Issue # 3523503: Hot Categories in the home page are not clickable
- Issue # 3523585: Issues with the search bar

Cache tags can now also be excluded using regular expression.

Admin interface has split the addition, removal and removal by regular expression into separate textarea input fields for both Cache tags and Cache contexts. This removes the need to prefix lines with "-" to demarcate them as items to remove, and allows for the regular expressions to be validated.
