What's in this release

We now have 11 events covering all Salesforce operations (push, pull, and errors), 6 actions (including 3 new ones), and 1 condition.

The new stuff:

- Error event that fires when Salesforce operations fail

- Call Salesforce API action for hitting custom endpoints

- Get field values without writing SOQL

- Check if an entity is mapped to Salesforce
