Sites upgrading to >=8.x-1.0 from <=8.x-1.0-alpha6 patched with #3358555: Method to bypass redirection require an update to change configuration key "disabled" to "negate".

It is expected that enough sites will be using the patched alpha release that an update added to the stable release is warranted.
