Some previous changes were lost in the commit of version 4 of flashnode. This version reinstates them.
Note - you must upgrade to version 5.4 or later of Flash node before moving your site to Drupal 6 and Flash Node 6. A change in the structure of the core {files} table will result in your flash content becoming broken if you do not install Flash node 5.4 or higher and run the update.php script.
This is an important release as it updates the {flashnode} table in preparation for Drupal 6. All users of Flash node for Drupal 5 will need to install this version of Flash node and run upgrade.php BEFORE moving to Drupal 6. A change to the {files} table in Drupal 6 will mean that content is broken if this update is not installed!
Fixes blank page issue raised in #183798 and introduces a couple of features from 6.x development work (user configurable exclusions and sortable tables).
