Bug fixes

Beta 2 release. Run update.php if upgrading from a previous version.

Changelog:

fixed an upgrade problem where prefixed tables weren't properly handled; fixed a column alignment problem where not all fields are used

had problems where activeselect wasn't installed; also didn't handle the country and state fields correctly when not used

Fixes an issue with no business types being available if only the generic businesses is enabled

Bugfix release: The only change is that it now works correctly with path aliases when those include slashes (e.g. "invitations/edit").
If you don't need that, you can safely skip this update.
