Bug fixes

This release fixes some major critical errors identified here:

1. http://drupal.org/node/149469: Fatal error: Call to undefined function arg()
2. http://drupal.org/node/149843: Existence of OG Roles module causes fatal error
3. http://drupal.org/node/149483: incompatibility with "Auto Assign Role" -module

• Fixed the RSS feed section from not giving errors.
• Fixed a playlist bug when more than one File ID is specified for a playlist.
• Made some formatting changes to the flashvideo.module file (non function change).
• Fixed a possible security problem in the flashvideo_playlist.php file.
• Fixed some problems with the video URL's in the flashvideo_playlist.php file.
• Added a checkbox to be able to specify whether you wish or do not wish the nodes status to change to "Published" after conversion.

http://drupal.org/node/150231 - fixed missing curly brackets around table name which was preventing the module from working with table prefixes.

First working release for Drupal 5. Sorry about that last release; still getting the hang of CVS.

Fixed two bugs:

• Codes given in the URL were being ignored.
• Administrator had trouble creating users because it was incorrectly adding the "user" promotion from the URL.
