Bug fixes

First stable release.

Continuing to clean up problems introduced in the 1.11 version, this version corrects the following problems since beta2:
- Correcting "field is required" errors when leaving required comment ratings or required Fivestar CCK fields - http://drupal.org/node/204792
- Votes seemingly not saved when leaving comments - http://drupal.org/node/203626
- Added star-first and star-last classes to star sets for increased themeability.

Small speed gains, including pagers for lists, better able to handle aliased list columns, works with newest version of netforum module to get object key fields

Small javascript fix to play nice with other themes

One more bug fixed, #206910.

Radio buttons to select dd/mm/yy or mm/dd/yy date formats have been added to settings
Fixed a menu bug that limited menu to 10 selections.
Added scroll compensation for pop-up windows that are scrolled out of view on long lists.
