Not all payment modules set the payment status to the same value. Bookings are now processed when payment status is received or completed.

Delete variables on uninstall.

- color.module support.

- alignment of menu changed from centered to left

I made sure that Drigg terms cannot be deleted if there are Drigg nodes attached to them. This will prevent inconsistencies (drigg NEEDS each article to be in one category)

Fixed the weird "file not found" problem
