Updated version of the theme

Updated version of theme.

Fixes bug that was adding JS multiple times for each hook_nodeapi look in a panels_page group. Also some additional imagefield2 fixes. Latest version of imagefield2 should be used with this.

Fixed ability to override $conf globals.

1.0 release. Hurrah!

Fixed a hook_nodeapi problem of overwriting the entire array, now just #value is rewritten and the rest of the array is left alone.
