Changes since DRUPAL-5--2-4:

• Adding two new contributed modules by Mike Smullin, userpoints reserve, and userpoints cap
• Removing interface to invite module into its own module.
  Better description in the .info file
• #142095 Userid limited to 7 characters in Points management add UI

Changes since beta2 (beta3 was unreleased):

• Quorum now has a default value of 0.
• The month for startdate is now properly set when editing it.

This minor release fixes a mistake in an install file and a menu hook that affect catalog browsing. Another bug fix or two may have gone in, too, thanks to the lightning fast testers in the community! Please refer to the Alpha 6 release notes or the announcement below for more information.

There are 2 major changes since 5.x-2.0: a long-awaited new feature, and a critical bug fix for anonymous users:

This release fixes the problem with the header blocks that wasn't actually being shown.
