Took care of most issues from the queue

Updates:
- performance improvements in hook_form_alter
- removed conflicts with other modules (like number cck field)

* removed "delete" button if no rules yet
* <? replaced to <?php
+ add module-specifific hook_node_breadcrumb($node) - call after rules applying

This release is a pivotal point in the direction of the project. I will be changing some of the database schema and the query routines to enhance the relevancy of the returned results. As is, this module works quite decently on a small size of text but will not be able to provide truly accurate results for larger sites.

Fixes a critical issue with the terms install file

• Change to dependencies in booking and accommodation modules
• Removal of products menu item
