Bug fixes

• improved/fixed account editing stuff in corner cases.
• introduced an optional versioncontrol_account_status_local.inc file for easily incorporating multiple account application No/Yes questions.
• improved the error message for invalid branch names that would be valid tag names, and the other way round.

The number of TODO items is really going down :)

Postgres support, various bug fixes in the xcvs-* scripts, and a new (cron-driven) xcvs-generate-passwd.php script that can write the CVSROOT/passwd file from outside of Drupal.

Status and repository filters for the account list, PostgreSQL support, and proper parameter construction for the has_{branch,tag}_access() hooks.

Arguments! Holy cow arguments are cool.

- Right now the scope of arguments you can add is really limited -- you get the Node argument (which works about as well as I can) and the taxonomy argument (which does not yet have any related content). I need to add the taxonomy content and actually implement the taxonomy argument context (what's there is just a placeholder), as well as the user context. Also this needs to be able to integrate with Views more naturally, so that a context can translate easily to a views argument. That's a bit of work.
